Exmouth RFC under 11's travelled to Cullompton for their first match of the new season on Sunday. Having practiced new skills for this season and with a good turn out of players, old and new, the team went out feeling confident. Exmouth began with a much improved game since they last met their Cullompton rivals, with some impressive tackles from Aaron Bradford-Jones, Eddie Hooper, Jack Greenaway and Nick Eveleigh. The forwards had made great efforts with the new larger scrums and were an even match for Cullompton at times. But on the day, Cullompton's better passing game and excellent support work gave them a 64 - 0 victory.
