Finishing in 2nd or 3rd will mean a play-off semi final, playing against each other. The winner goes on to play the 12th place team in National League 2 West relegation game. The winner of that game plays in National League 2 West for the 2027-28 season. If you lose, you stay where you are.

Finish 4th to 8th in Regional 1 South West, you stay where you are for next season.

Finishing 9th or 10th will mean a play-off, playing against each other. The winner stay in Regional 1 South West. The loser goes on to play a Regional 2 South West/Severn League accession finalist. Depending on outcome of that game, you could stay where you are or go down.

Finish 11th or 12th is automatic relegation.
