We have made the transition to RFU GMS (Game Management System) to manage our membership purchase. Andrea Smale, Membership Secretary will still be available for guidance, with additional support from Tristan Bassett, Data Officer..

Please take your time to read the guidance on how to purchase your membership. A handy guide is attached. Andrea & Tristan will be able to answer your questions. Andrea will be in the club house on occasional Saturday afternoons for the start of the season, with occasional Sundays in September to help in person.

There have been a couple of significant changes to membership rewards, including our members right to park vehicles at our club. Once you have purchased your Vice President, Full Non Playing, Full Playing, Junior Playing Family Membership are entitled to two parking permits per membership.

Paid members MUST record their VEHICLE REGISTRATION DETAILS HERE. All starred fields must be completed. Please ensure you enter your RFU Exmouth RFC Membership Number, allocated by GMS. (Your unique six digit number).

PLEASE NOTE * Confirm any existing registration numbers. Please add any new registration number or change of registration number, this will take 5 working days to come in to effect, from date of purchase. Membership Information supplied on the form will be checked against GMS/ERFC Membership Database.
