EXMOUTH RUGBY WOMEN * Head Coach Stef & coaching team 2026/27 preview.

The Exmouth Women’s Team made a strong start in 2025/26, in a multitude of ways. This team posted a 70% win rate, winning 5 games by 21 points or more, scoring an impressive 270 points across the season; as a result, they were able, in their first ever league season, to finish second, top the scoring tables, and earn promotion to NC2.

The upcoming season holds exciting new challenges, opportunities, and opposition; we have welcomed new faces and worked on new skillsets. The players worked hard across preseason, both on the pitch working on speed and running mechanics alongside their skills, as well as completing an S&C intensive in partnership with CrossFit Pi. As a result, we've seen improved performance across the squad, with many players setting new personal bests and meeting new performance goals.

Our aim this season is to continue building on the foundation we laid in year one, playing fun, exciting and enjoyable rugby, built on self belief, community, and ambitious performance.
I am looking forward to supporting this team as they tackle new territory, and excited to see all that they achieve in season 2.
