OUR GIRLS RUGBY IS BACK

Please join us on the beach near Exmouth Lifeboat Station on the Seafront.

Rugby for girls aged 10 to 15, our fab coach Caroline will introduce some early skills, with fun, fitness sessions and games as well.

Want to get active, make new friends & have loads of fun on the beach? Come on down and join EXMOUTH RUGBY for our Girl's Beach Fitness Sessions - every Wednesday 7-8 pm by the Exmouth Lifeboat Station.

The sessions are perfect for girls who are new to rugby and our current players, who are getting ready for the season ahead. No experience needed - just bring your energy, a smile & be ready for a great time.
