POLITE REMINDER

SMART PARKING at Exmouth Rugby Club, went live on 29th February 2024.

* MEMBERS should have their correct, one registration number logged with our MEMBERSHIP SECRETARY. (2 numbers if a VP). Use the registration of the vehicle you want to use to access free parking. All correct details should be included on your annual membership form.

* When using an alternative vehicle, YOU CAN enter your additional registration number on the tablet provided in the club house on match days or when open. If you are a player/coach on match day or (mid week) training, please use the tablet in the main changing room. In both cases, this MUST be done before you leave the club grounds.

* IF YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER LISTED, YOU WILL GET A PARKING CHARGE NOTICE (PCN).

* PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ & ARE FAMILIAR WITH ALL THE SIGNAGE AROUND THE GROUND. ALSO IN THE CLUB HOUSE.
