CLUBHOUSE / BAR MANAGER

Do you have what it takes to run a busy bar like a well-oiled machine? We’re on the lookout for an organised, motivated, & friendly Bar Manager to lead the charge at Exmouth Rugby Club.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Running day-to-day bar operations with professionalism & pride.
• Leading & training a team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Keeping the bar fully stocked, organised, & compliant.
• Collaborating with Events, Catering & Finance teams.
• Managing staff rotas, stock, ordering, & budgets.
• Driving promotions, with seasonal specials.
• Ensuring every customer has a great experience.
• Upholding hygiene, health & safety, and licensing standards.

• Experience in bar or hospitality management.
• Confident leadership, with team management skills.
• Strong organisational & communication skills.
• Positive attitude with a hands-on approach.
• Licensing knowledge and/or a personal licence.
