5. Appointment of President

The President, David Bassett, is standing down at the AGM.
The Board of Directors are pleased to confirm the appointment of Roger Holman as President, for ratification by the members.

6. Election of Directors

As required by the Articles of Association, the following are standing down as Directors but are willing to stand for re-election

Sue Harris is standing down as Treasurer.
Norma Southwood is willing to stand for election and has been duly proposed and seconded

Simon Tate is standing down as an Elected Director
Ian Dunstan is willing to stand for election and has been duly proposed and seconded

7. To appoint Bishop Fleming LLP Accountants as the Company’s Auditors

Any voting member can appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his/her place. A proxy notice is obtainable from the Company Secretary and must be returned by Monday 26th July 2021 by post or email.
