Join A Winning Team

At Exmouth RFC we are proud of our 146 year heritage, and are proud to represent Exmouth in rugby's national leagues. We are also a community club that exists for the benefit of rugby in Exmouth and the wider area.

Here are some of the many ways to get involved with our winning team. If you have any questions about Exmouth RFC, or want to get involved in any other way, then please do email me at

Yours sincerely

Ian Harris

Whilst Exmouth RFC is an amateur club, we exist in a world where rugby is becoming increasingly expensive. Whether it is providing 1st rate medical care or putting all of our club coaches through training courses, running a rugby club costs a lot of money.

If you interested in assisting the club, please contact our Sponsorship Team at

Our club facilities are also available for hire, whether for a company party, business meeting or seminar. To book, call the club on 01395 263665 or email

Our roots are firmly in the community and we enjoy a close association with many parts of Exmouth's community. Our Junior rugby setup is intimately involved with Exmouth Community College, ensuring a consistent approach to junior rugby in Exmouth. Our club facilities are also used by many organisations and clubs, including Gateway Club & Exmouth Tigers and Tigresses Disability Football Team.

Of course, it may just be that you are looking for a room to hire for a party or event. With very few large venues in Exmouth, you'll find our club house suitable for most events, up to 175 guests. Each year in May we have marquee space available to hire, perfect for Weddings and larger events. For more information, call the club on 01395 263665 or email

As a members club, we depend on the local community to provide the energy and skills to run the club. For more information on playing Senior rugby in South West Premier, visit our Senior rugby page or contact Nick Smith on +44 7870 666630 or

Our Junior rugby setup continues to be the engine room for our rugby success, with the vast majority of our senior players having come up through the junior ranks. We provide rugby for boys and girls from Under 5s through to Under 18s. For more information contact Tristan Bassett, the Junior Chairman, at or visit the team pages for details of the relevant coach.

Of course, it may just be that you would just like to pop down to watch rugby and enjoy the social side of our club. You don't have to be a member to watch the games, there is a Home game on most Saturdays and details of the next matches are on our home page.

You can also become more involved in our club by becoming a member. Benefits include access to international rugby tickets, full access to all club events, a greater say in the running of the club and of course, use of our town centre car park! More details are available on our membership page or from Andrea Smale, our Membership Secretary, at

And whether your involvement with our club is commercial, community or as a clubman, you can show your support for the club with our wide range of clothing available from the club shop.
