At a recent Past Captains Day at Exmouth RFC, the President David Bassett and Chairman Ian Harris were presented with a signed England shirt from Joe Launchbury (Wasps and England )

The shirt was presented to the Club by his parents Steve and Sarah Launchbury and the display was co-ordinated and sponsored by Jon and Sue Stone.

Joe played for Exmouth RFC as a Junior in the Under 7's, 8's and 9's from 1998 - 2000 before his family moved away from the area.

He has played for England in the Under 18's and Under 20's before making his International debut in 2012.

It is a lovely touch that Joe signed the shirt "my first Club ! " something for our current Juniors to aspire to.
