Exmouth RFC v Launceston RFC Friday 12th August 7.15pm kick off Sponsored by Spoken Cafe and Bar

Exmouth Make a number of changes to the side that faced Plymouth Albion first up for their second pre season outing when Launceston come to the Imperial Ground tomorrow night.

Ben Hawley, George Savage, Tuesday's man of the match Mike Richards and Ben Hawley all come into the stating pack, Henry Goldson and Tom Bedford form a new centre partnership and Richard Cadywould reverts to his more familiar position of full back.

Head Coach Jon Hill comments:

"We have gone with a more familiar line up rather than a mix and match type arrangement that we went with on Tuesday night. Other than the second rows and Tom Bedford in the centre, the rest of the squad were very much regulars in last years Championship winning squad and we hope to see a more fluid performance as a result."

There are a number of players unavailable for this game including Nigel Berry, Milo Reynolds (both picked up minor knocks on Tuesday), Sam Thomas, Ross Morshead, George Mears, James Mattin (holiday), Jack Fahy, Mark Wathes and Jim Massey (slight knocks),and Alex Goldman (getting married on Saturday ... So not allowed ;) )
